Salmon and veggie packet

1 Serving(s) Rising Tide wild caught salmon 113 g 6 spear, small (5" long or less) Asparagus, fresh 1 cup, sliced Zucchini 0.5 serving Grape Tomatoes (3oz/12 tomatoes) 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 0.5 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Parsley, dried
Heat oven to 400 degrees. If salmon is frozen, place in a bowl of cold water for about 5 minutes. In the meantime. Line a cookie sheet with foil place asparagus on one side and thin sliced zucchini and halved cherry tomatoes on the other. Place salmon in the middle mix herbs and lemon juice and pour over salmon and veggies. Place another sheet of foil on top and crimp sides together. Bake for 20 minutes. Be careful when opening packet as it willl be hot and steamy.
