Ingredients 1. 2 cups almond flour 2. 1 teaspoon baking powder 3. 1/2 teaspoon salt 4. 3 large eggs 5. 3 Tablespoons coconut oil 6. 1/2 cup almond milk 7. 1 Tablespoon honey
Directions
Instructions 1. 1. Preheat your oven to 325 F. 2. 2. Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl and mix well. 3. 3. In another bowl place the eggs, coconut oil, almond milk, and honey. Whisk well. 4. 4. Transfer the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until incorporated. Add cheese here if desired. 5. 5. Distribute the batter into a greased muffin tin 1/4 cup at a time 6. 6. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve hot or at room temperature.
