3 serving "Fisher" Almonds, Sliced (1 oz) 3 oz (20 halves) Pecans 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 6 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 0.5 cup Honey 3.5 serving Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats 2 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 tbsp chia seeds 0.05 cup Rice flour, white 60 gram(s) Go Raw 100% Organic Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds
Add all dry ingredients in large bowl. Melt butter in pan with 1/2 cup of honey and vanilla. Pour over dry ingredients stirring until all is coated. Bake at 250 degrees on non stick paper covered cookie sheet for one hour. Cool and break apart.
