Italian Style Meatloaf

1 can Tomato soup1/4 c water1 lb ground beef1/2 c quick cooking rolled oats1 tsp dry mustard1 tbsp worcestershire sauce1 egg, beaten
Combine soup and water in small saucepan. Spread 1/4 c mixture over base of loaf pan;set remainder aside.
Combine beef, rolled oats, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and egg in large bowl. Press mixture into loaf pan.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until beef is cooked through - 50 min to 1 hr; let stand 5 min before slicing. heat reserved soup mixture to boil , stirring often. Simmer 2 min and spoon over meatloaf slices.
