4 large Hard Boiled Egg .5 tbsp Mt Olive Sweet Relish 1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 4 slice Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread, 20 oz. loaf, 1 slice=1 serving 1.5 serving Duke Mayo 1 Tbsp
boil eggs, shell, chop, add mayo, mustard, relish, salt and pepper. serve on bread
