KC's Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup white sugar1/4 cup canola oil2 eggs3 ripe bananas4 ounces fat free plain yogurt1 teaspoon baking soda2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
Directions
Makes 13 muffins.
In large bowl, beat sugar and oil with electric mixer. Add eggs then bananas, mixing well after each. Dissolve baking soda in yogurt. Turn mixer to low and slowly add yogurt-soda mixture; mix. Add flour and mix gently until blended. Fill muffin cups and bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes, or more, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and muffins are golden brown.
