Ingredients
7.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 spear, small (5" long or less) Asparagus, fresh3.0 oz deli sliced ham, Primo Taglio, ham-off-the-bone, (2 oz=3 thin slices)2.0 slice (1 oz) Swiss Cheese0.5 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)1.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 serving Garlic Salt, Lawrys (1/4 tsp)
Directions
Saute with cooking spray asparagus 3 min add onion and ham scramble eggs and seasoning poir over ham mixture add cheese. In the pan mix all ingredients and start cooking it while still.a little wet put under broiler 3-4 mon until golden
