1.5 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes1.0 cup slices Cucumber (with peel)2.0 serving Baby Bell Peppers (3 peppers = serving)0.1 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice)1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.5 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)1.0 clove Garlic
Directions
Combine oil and vinegar, season with desired herbs and spices (I use oregano), s+p. Chop and combine veggies, add dressing, chill and serve.
