1 serving Tyson Boneless, Skinless Chicken Tender, 1 piece 28 gram(s) Cheese, Frigo Shredded Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup) 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp Paprika 0.5 tsp Garlic Salt 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Heat oven to 400 pour olive oil into a shallow bowl or dish (I used a pie pan) in another bowl or pie pan combine Parmesan cheese, italian seasoning, paprika,and garlic salt. Stir well to mix ingredients. This is for the breading. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil Spray a wire rack with cooking spray and set in on the cookie sheet Line up your pie pans and prepared cookie sheet.Roll chicken tender in oil and shake off excess. Then roll it in the breading mixture and place on the rack. Repeat if using more than 1 chicken tender. When oven is ready place cookie sheet on middle rack for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. When done let cool for 5 minutes
