Crockpot ground turkey meatloaf with vegetables

Ingredients
4 oz Jenio Ground turkey 90 percent lean 1 serving Egg - Large (1 egg) 0.5 cup Panko bread crumbs 0.5 cup Tomato sauce unsalted 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 serving Baby Bell Peppers (3 peppers = serving) 2 small Mushrooms, fresh 1 tsp Garlic Salt 1 tbsp Parsley, dried 0.5 tsp Chili powder 1 Serving(s) Olive oil cooking spray 0.5 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
Directions
Mix ground turkey, egg, 1/4 cup tomato sauce, chopped onion, peppers,spices, and panko crumbs until well mixed. Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Add meat mixture and form into a loaf. Slice zucchini and carrot and place on either side of meatloaf. Cover crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours Serving Size: Make 4 servings
