1 cup Green Leaf Lettuce 8 tbsp cucumber, sliced, half cup - (Atkins) 6 cherry Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw .25 cup, grated Carrots, raw
Directions
Tear leaves of lettuce. Top with other ingredients. Chill and serve .
