2 Cups Gluten Free Flour Blend (made with 2 parts GF whole wheat oat flour, 2 parts GF Sorghum flour, 1 part tapioca flour & 1 part arrowroot)1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 1 cup Granulated Sugar 1/3 cup Coconut Oil 3 medium extra ripe/browned Bananas 3/4 cup Motts Natural Apple Sauce,1/4 cup Water1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease and flour pans. In medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda & salt together. In a large bowl, beat sugar & oil together, then add the mashed bananas. Stir in the water & vanilla and mix thoroughly. Add flout mixture and mix. Fill small ramekin bread pans 2/3 full. Makes 4 pans. Bake 40m until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
