Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients
4 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked1 cup water .75 cup Flour, whole grain 2 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Paprika .25 tsp Salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400. Wash cauliflower and chop into bite-size pieces.

2. Combine flour and spices. Whisk in water. Pour over cauliflower and stir or toss to combine.

3. Spread on a baking sheet, leaving space between flowerets. Bake 10 minutes, turn, then bake another 10 minutes.

4. Put flowerets in a casserole dish and add your preferred sauce (not included in nutritional info). Bake another 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
