Ingredients
1.875 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 1 fl oz Lemon Juice 4 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving) .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 tbsp Tahini .5 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .25 tsp Paprika .25 cup Parsley
Directions
Place the chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, water, tahini, salt and olive oil in the bowl of a food processor

Process until smooth, about 2 minutes

Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chopped parsley

Serve with fresh cut veggies
