Ingredients
4.0 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)16.0 oz Pico de Gallo1.0 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned5.0 cup Beans, pinto, mature seeds, cooked, boiled, with salt3.0 tsp Chili powder3.0 tbsp Paprika
Directions
Soak, boil, drain, pinto beans Chop bell peppers on 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine Pico de Gallo, beans, red peppers, green chilies and spices in a deep pot. Simmer on medium low for 1 hour.
