Yummy Vegetable Dip/Dressing

Ingredients
3/4 C. Lowfat Cottage Cheese1 T. Cashew Butter1 T. Salt Free Herb Seasoning of choice (not in ingredient finder - check bottle for nutritional info - calories usu. negligible)1 t. Dill2-3 drops hot sauce (optional)
Directions
Place all ingredients in food processor or small blender and process until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate. For best flavor let sit about 8 hrs, but still good fresh.
(you can swith lowfat for nofat cottage cheese for even lower calories and fat)
