Ingredients
15oz tomato sauce1/2 tsp of oregano2 tbls of chopped parsley1 clove minced garlic (I used 1 tbls of jar garlic)1 tsp dry basilSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Simmer for 5 mins and pour over stuffing (see other recipe). One tablespoon per 1/2 of squash is about right.
