Cheese Ham Spinach Omelette

Ingredients
4 serving aldi goldhen eggs (1 egg) .125 cup Milk, 3.25% 1 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, regular (11% fat) .125 cup, chopped Onions, raw .25 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) .25 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 1.5 cup Spinach, fresh 0.25 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 0.25 cup Kroger Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese 1 dash Pepper, black 4 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
Directions
Sautee peppers, onions until tender then add ham to warm.
Blend 4 eggs with 1/2 of cheese and milk and spinach until well mixed. In a large pan melt the butter spread evenly over pan. Add the egg mixture and top with the 1/2 of cheese. Pour the pepper onion ham mixture over the eggs mixture. Let eggs set up and then fold half over and move to serving plate when done.
