2oz White Mushrooms1oz Portobello Mushrooms2oz Crimini Mushrooms2Tbls Garlic, minced1tsp black pepper1Tbls Mrs Dash Original Seasoning2Cups Long Grain Brown Rice (not instant)1Cup Water4Cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth (vegetarians can use vegetable broth instead)
Roughly chop mushrooms. In 5qt saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 45 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Make approximately 12 1/2cup servings.
