15 jumbo Black Olives 5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 60 grams Feta Cheese 1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) 2 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 10 tbsp Brown Rice Vinegar, organic [Eden] (by VEGAN_ENGINEER) 1 tbsp Coriander leaf, dried
Directions
Roughly chop, remove olive pips and soak in olive oil and vinegar. Keep refrigerated.
