Zucchini Noodles with Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Ingredients
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 cup, sliced Zucchini 2 cloves Garlic 1 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average .5 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes 1.5 oz Whole Foods Organic Goat Cheese
Directions
Cook zucchini spirals on medium heat for 1 minute in olive oil. Remove from heat and drain.

Cook tomatoes and garlic over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add zucchini, cooked chicken, and goat cheese. Stir until combined.
