Keto Chicken Parmigiana

Ingredients
2.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.0 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk6.0 serving Cheese - Kroger - Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Slices1.5 cup Prego 100% Heart Smart Traditional Sauce3.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 oz Parmesan Cheese, grated0.25 cup Olive Oil
Directions
Heat oven to 350.Take chicken breast and slice thin lengthwise. In one bowl add egg. In another bowl add almond flour, garlic salt, black pepper, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning. Heat oil in pan. Take chicken breast dip in egg then dredge in flour mix, then place in pan. Cook 10 mins each side until browned. Take cooked chicken place in casserole dish with 2tbs sauce, slice mozzarella cheese. Add shredded cheese on top. Bake for 20 mins.
