Extra large shrimp (cooked, frozen), 4.5 oz *Egg white, 1 serving Coconut flakes (sweetened), 3 tbsp Gold Medal Flour, Unbleached, all-purpose, 1Tbsp
Dip thawed shrimp into flour, than egg whites, than coconut. Just the way it says. The shrimp will hold onto the breading of coconut the best. Bake at 350 until a little brown on each side about 3-5 min each side. I use a toaster oven. Works good Makes 1 - 41/2 oz serving. Definately for shrimp lovers
