16 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef, Grass Fed 2 fl oz White Wine 1/2 medium Onion, chopped1 cup Celery, chopped 1 cup Carrots, chopped6 cup Beef Broth, low sodium 3/4 cup Barley, Quaker Quick cook1/4 cup Tomato Sauce 2 cups Water1/2 tsp Rosmary1/2 tsp Thyme1/2 tsp Italian seasoning Salt & pepper taste
Brown beef and drain. Sauté all veggies then combine all ingredients except for barley. Cook for about 20m then add barley and cook for 15m more. Season to taste. Serve and enjoy.
