2 heads of cauliflower2 25-oz jars Mezzetta Spicy Marinara2 10-oz bags Beyond Meat Beef Crumbles Feisty
Directions
Chop cauliflower heads into bite-sized pieces, rinse, spray with cooking spray, place in oven at 425 F for 25 minutes. While cauliflower cooks, place marinara and "beef" crumbles into a non-stick pot, cover, bring to a boil, and simmer until cauliflower is cooked. Mix sauce and cauliflower together and serve.
