1 tbsp chopped Shallots 1 clove Garlic 2 serving Kame Hokkien Stir-Fry Noodle 3.5 oz (100g) - 1/2 pouch (4 servings per pkg) 85 gram(s) River Valley Bean Sprouts 1 cup .66 tbsp ABC Sweet Soy Sauce .66 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 0.5 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 dash Salt 1 tbsp Smart Balance Blend of vegetables oils (Soybean, Canola & Olive)
Heat wok with with cooking oil, saute chopped garlic and shallots till golden brown.
Add water and light soy sauce, sugar and salt, bring to boil.
Toss in the noodles, and add in sweet soy sauce, quickly stir fry and toss well. Cover with wok lid, cook for 1-2 mins.
Add in bean sprouts, stir fry and toss it well. If the noodles are dry, you can add it hot water. Dish out and serve.
