Chicken Veggies and Brown Rice Blend

Ingredients
Skinless Chicken Breasts, 5-6200g Brown Basmati Rice5-6 Tomatoes1 big (2 small) Zucchini4 Mushrooms100g Spinach200g Quark (Plain Yogurt as substitute)200g Cheese, preferably reduced fatSpices, e.g. garlic powder, herbes de provence
Directions
Precook Chicken in oven
Cook rice as instructed
Dice / Slice Veggies as preferred
Dice cooked chicken
Add everything but the cheese in a good sized pan
Bake for about 45 min on about 350°F (180°C), possibly longer if you want the vegetables to be softer.
Add spices, cover with cheese, bake for about 15 min until cheese is melted and golden.
