Ingredients
1 1tsp Olive Oil 1 Serving(s) Adele chicken and apple sausage 1 medium Carrots, raw 0.25 clove Garlic 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 serving(s) Potato russet 1 medium 0.5 tbsp Parsley 1.5 tsp Oregano, ground 0.5 tsp Garlic Salt 3 cup Bone Broth Chicken
Directions
Remove casing from sausage. Put olive oil in a large pan, add sausage and break up into small pieces Cook sausage until browned. When done remove sausage with a slotted spoon and set aside. Dice carrots and add to the pot and cook, stirring occasionally until it caramelizes, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and onion and cook for another minute. Ten add the bone broth, potatoes, and seasonings. Simmer for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are done
