0.66 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry 224 grams Mushrooms, fresh .66 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1.33 cup Birds Eye Steam Fresh Frozen Vegetables (Mixed Veggies) 1 1tsp Olive Oil 2 tsp Chimmichurri spice
Directions
Heat oil, sauté mushrooms 2-3 minutes, add spice and quinoa stir, cook 2 minutes, add liquid ing., stir cook 5 min add frozen vegetables, stir cook until quinoa is cooked.
