Ingredients
1/2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup red onion minced3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) celery diced 1/2 cup red bell pepper 1 cup peas, frozen/thawed 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1 1/2 tbsp dill weed, dried 2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper, black 8 oz Dreamfields Elbows
Directions
Cook elbow noodles according to pkg, drain, rinse with cold water until pasta is cooled, drain.
In small bowl whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, dill, sugar, relish, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
in large bowl, mix elbows cheese, onion, celery, red pepper, and peas.
Pour sauce over pasta and toss until everything is mixed well and coated with sauce. Cover and chill at least an hour before serving.
