1.0 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw227.0 Grams Mushrooms, fresh2.0 cup pieces Shiitake Mushrooms1.0 tbsp Olive Oil0.25 cup Butter, salted0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend2.0 cup Milk, 1%3.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black2.0 clove Garlic0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Coat cauliflower in oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 425F for about 15-20 minutes. Sautee mushrooms with butter and herbs. Add flour to coat. Gradually add milk and simmer 10 minutes. Puree cauliflower with water and add to the pot. Bring it back to a simmer and cook 10 minutes.
