Ingredients
2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 1 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 dash Salt
Directions
Chop vegetables, toss in olive oil and season. Bake at 425 (single layer on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper) for 23 minutes.
