11 oz Pork, cured, ham, steak, boneless, extra lean, unheated 1.5 cup Cranberry sauce, Ocean Spray jellied 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar 2 fl oz Vodka .5 tsp Mustard Powder, Dried Spice - 1 tsp ggg (by MG7_FIT) .125 tsp Cloves, ground
In a sauce pan, melt and mix all but the ham. I cut up the ham into bite size pieces and put them in a casserole, then pour the sauce over the ham and then let it sit over night in the fridge. Then cook the next day at 350 until done.
