16 oz Beef- 80%-20% lean ground beef 4 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 oz Pork skins, plain ground
Directions
Mix all ingredieants in a large bowl
form 2inch meat balls from mixture
line a cast iron skillet with the meat balls cover and bake 45 mins
