0.5 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4.5 tsp lakanto sugar free monkfruit baking sweetener, 1 tsp, sugar alcohol removed only (by VZUBROD) 3 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted, melted1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Baking - Penzy's Mexican Vanilla Extract (by IMGOOGOO) 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
Add 3 scoops of formula 1 (your choice- I used Carmel Apple)
1.5 scoops Active fiber
Mix all Ingredients together, fill muffin liners 3/4 or the way full.
Bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes
