6 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched 4.5 tsp Active Dry Yeast (by GRTMOMX3) 2 tsp Salt 1.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .5 cup Honey .33 cup Butter, salted 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Place 5 c flour, oats,salt, and yeast in bowl. Combine water, honey, and butter. Heat to 120-130* add to flour mix 1 min add eggs. Best 1 min more. Add remaining flour. Knead in mixer til dough pulls away from sides clean. Cover and let rise til doubled 1hr. Punch down and put in two loaf pans. Cover and rise add’l hour. Brush with egg white. Bake 375* for 40 nin. Remove from pan immediately.
