Zesty Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients
juice & zest of 1/2 a lime1 clove garlic, minced1 tsp olive oillight salt & pepper to taste3 oz peeled and deveined shrimp1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped
Directions
Prepare marinade using all ingredients except shrimp and basil.
Marinate shrimp in the fridge for at least 2 hrs. Remove from marinade and thread on skewers 15 minutes before grilling.
Preheat grill. Grill skewers 2-3 minutes per side, or until shrimp are pink and curled.
Sprinkle with basil. Serve with lime wedges.
