I’m not sure why a lot of these recipes forget that Water is a measurable ingredient. I don’t know if they’re expecting recipes to get natural water but after draining all of the ingredients there really wasn’t any water to mix in the sauce is in the honey. So just a note, and as a tip I just added - 5/22/20

Ooops! You're totally right - there is supposed to be 1 cup of water used in this recipe. After all the ingredients are in the pan, I mix the water with the honey and Sambal Oelek, and then pour over the whole dish. By the time everything is done cooking, this creates a flavourful sauce. Thanks! :)
