Shrimp Creole

Ingredients
3 oz of shrimpHalf of one salmon filletHalf of one whiting fillet1/3 to 1/2 clove garlic1/2 cup chopped onions 1 cup sliced strips of bell pepperDash of pepper1/3 tsp of cayenne1/2 tsp dried rosemaryRoughly 1 cup of tomato sauce2 cups rice
Directions
Start 2 cups rice boiling, with just enough water to cover it completely.
While rice is cooking, chop up veggies, fish into thin strips, place in marinara sauce, bring sauce to boil.
When rice has boiled and grains are softened sufficiently, remove from heat, drain water from it entirely.
Add spices to taste in sauce, lower heat to medium, let simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add sauce to rice when serving.
Makes about 4 servings.
