12 eggs 6 egg whites1c. milk1 t. salt1/4 t. pepper1 t. ground mustard2 c. reduced fat cheese8 slices Canadian Bacon cut up
1. Whip 12 eggs and 6 egg whites with 1 c. milk and 1 t. salk and 1/4 t. pepper and 1 t. ground mustard.
2. Fold in 1 1/2 cheese and Canadian Bacon pieces and pour into 2 qt. greased baking dish. 3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. This can be made the night before.Sprinkle remaining 1/2 c. cheese on top the last 5 minutes of baking.
