Ingredients
1/4 cup almond meal2 eggs 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp ginger 1 serving stevia 1/3 cup butter 1/2 cup, grated Carrots, raw half can (398 ml) Pumpkin Puree no sugar added - (Whole Can)
Directions
whip eggs until well blended
add Pumpkin mix well
add shredded carrots
melt butter in microwave
add to mixture
add spices & stevia
add almond flour

cover cookie sheet with parchment paper
add six to eight pancakes , round slightly pat down
put in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until brown

remove from over transfer pancakes to plates

Serving Size: makes 6 to 8: 6 inch pancakes
