Ingredients
1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Garlic Minced (1tsp) -Derlea (by TKNARR) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
break cauliflower into pieces, cut onion into 1/4s and add minced garlic to food processor and process a few seconds until crumbly

heat olive oil in frying pan
add cauliflower mixture and stir until oil is absorbed
add water, reduce heat and steam for 10 - 15 minutes
season with favorite Mrs Dash flavor
