Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup Self-Raising Flour- 3/4 cup Splenda (or white sugar - Splenda used in nutritional information)- 2 tbsp cocoa powder- 1 tbsp butter, melted- 3/4 cup 2% milk- 1 egg
Directions
Place the butter in a microwave-safe dish and heat until melted. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl in the order named and mix together with an electric mixer for two minutes.

Pour mixture into greased/lined muffin tray and bake until skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.

Makes approximately 8 large muffins.
