turkey bolognese sauce

Ingredients
500 gr. (1 lb.) ground dark turkey800 gr. (28 oz.) tinned tomatoes100 gr. (3 oz.) tomato paste2 tbsp. canola oil1 celery stalk chopped1 onion chopped1 small carrot chopped1/2 - 1 tsp. salt1/8 - 1/4 tsp. pepper1/8 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 cup water
Directions
Saute onion, celery and carrot in oil until soft. Add meat and break up so that there are no lumps. Cook meat until it's no longer pink. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water and seasonings. Cook on low light for 1 hour. If the sauce is too thick, add extra water.
