2 tbsp Flax Seed - Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed .1 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill high fiber organic cocunut flour (by CLOVER39) .25 tsp maple extract (by CHRYSTEL) .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 dash Salt 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 1 tsp Splenda
Mix everything except the butter in a bowl and microwave for one minute. Add butter and enjoy!
