dutch baby pancake

Ingredients
2 tsp Granulated Sugar 0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 0.5 cup mixed berries, fresh 0.6 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp icing Sugar 1.5 tbsp Butter, unsalted vanilla 1 lemon pinch of salt
Directions

In the blender mix the flour, milk, egg, vanilla, baking soda, sugar and salt .
Heat a small oven proof pan, then melt 1 tbsp butter.
Add the mixture (should fill about half of the pan).
Place in a preheated oven at 210c for 15-20 mins until the edges puff.
add berries
mix lemon zest with 1/2 tbsp butter and top the pancake with it then add the lemon juice
Take it out add 1 tsp icing sugar
