* Black Olives, 5 jumbo * Green Beans (snap), .25 cup * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 8 cherry, cut in halves * Mushrooms, fresh, 8 small sliced * Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped * Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 10 strips * Boiled potatoes, 2 potato (2-1/2" dia, sphere) sliced * Kraft Light Done Right Italian Salad Dressing, 4 tbsp * Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 1 cup shredded * Boiled egg, 1 large, sliced
mix olives, green beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, peppers, and potatoes in a bowl. Add Italian salad dressing and mix well. Chill 3-4 hours.
Serve over lettuce and top with sliced egg.
