Dimsum Break Style Steamed Rice Sauce

1.25 cup Soy Sauce1.0 tbsp Sesame Oil250.0 Grams Chicken Breast, no skin, fried2.0 clove Garlic1.0 small Onions, raw100.0 gram(s) JOLLY canned Shiitake Mushrooms0.12 cup Cornstarch10.0 gram Knorr Chicken Cube1.0 tbsp Salt
Cut the chicken into bute sized cubes.
Season the chicken with salt and soy sauce.
Chop onions and garlic.
Fry onions and garlic in a pan with sesame oil.
Add in the chicken to the pan when garlic and onions have color.
Make a broth with one knorr chicken cube and 1 cup of
water.
Mix the broth into the pan along with the soy sauce.
Simmer for a while.
Add in mushrooms and salt.
Stir and simmer until done.
