Ingredients
0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 Serving(s) Great Value egg large 0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 1tsp Olive Oil 2 serving "Great Value" Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn, No Salt Added (.5cups) 2 serving Baby Bell Peppers (3 peppers = serving) 1 tbsp Parsley 0.1 serving(s) Cilantro 0.5 tsp Salt 1 small (3" long) Scallions, raw 1 tsp Worchester sauce
Directions
Add flour, water,baking powder, egg, and water into a medium bowl and will until smooth Add olive oil, salt worchestershire sauce or lack pepper and mix well. Next add the corn, diced bell peppers, parsley chives and chopped scallion Mix well and set aside. Prepare 2 six count muffin pan by sprayed with cooking spray. Heat oven to 350. Bake 15 minutes. Serving Size: Makes 2 servings of 6 fritters each
