Crab Cakes

Ingredients
1 lb imitation crabmeat chopped up3/4 cup bread crumbs1/2 small onion diced1 cup squash finely chopped1/4 cup 1% milk2 tblspn fresh parsely chopped2 tpsn Old Bay Seasoning2 tblspn butter
Directions
Combine all ingredents in a bowl. With hands moistened form into 8 small round cakes; cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate 1hour.
Place 3 tblspn flour on wax paper and lightly coat cake on boht sides.
In large non-stick skillet spray with PAM. cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown if you like.
Serve with brown rice and salad.
